KMD Interior ERP is the workplace app published by KMd interior on Google Play and the web. If you have an account, you can ask us to delete it together with the personal data linked to it. You do not need to sign in or install the app to make a request.
How to request deletion
- Email buildforls@gmail.com with the subject 'KMD ERP account deletion'. Use the button above, or write the email yourself.
- If you can, send it from the email address registered to your account. Include your full name and your registered email address or phone number, and your employee ID if you know it.
- We reply to confirm your request and may ask a question to check that the account is yours. Never send your password, an OTP or bank account numbers.
- We delete your account within 30 days of verifying the request, and we email you when it is done.
Request from the app
You can also start a request from the app. Tap Privacy policy on the sign-in screen, in Profile (workers) or in More (administrators and sub-admins), then tap Request account deletion. You can also ask your company administrator to pass the request to us.
Data we delete
- Your sign-in account: email address, password and active sessions
- Your profile: name, phone number, profile photo, job role and site assignments
- Bank account, IFSC and UPI details saved for salary payments
- Attendance photos
- Device notification tokens, notification preferences and notifications sent to you
Data we keep, and for how long
- Salary, payment and payment-proof records
- Attendance dates, check-in and check-out times and locations
- Leave, expense and material requests, receipts and their approval history
- Audit history of actions taken on your account
- Tasks, notes, progress photos and drawings you added to company projects
We keep these records for up to 8 years after your account is deleted, because they are needed for accounting, employment and legal reasons. We then delete them. Deleted data can remain in encrypted service backups for up to 30 days until those backups expire. Copies that authorized staff downloaded or exported before your request are handled outside the app.
Delete some data without deleting your account
To delete some of your data, such as your profile photo or saved bank details, without deleting your account, email buildforls@gmail.com with the subject 'KMD ERP data deletion' and tell us what to remove. We handle these requests within 30 days, subject to the records we must keep.
